How long do licenses last?

Licenses are valid for 1 year from the time of purchase. Licenses can be renewed yearly for a small reduced fee.

What is required for the software?

Both Xtra and CPX will run on any cPanel server provided it runs a *nix based operating system. For example, CentOS, Fedora, RedHat, FreeBSD etc. Please note that due to operating system differences some features may not work on all systems (eg ffmpeg installer and firewalls).

Can we buy both programs?

Yes, both programs can be purchased seperately. However we recommend purchasing the Pro Suite which contains both programs for a lower price than it would cost to purchase them one at a time.

Is it compatible with cPanel 11.25 Accelerated?

Yes, Xtra is compatible with cPanels new 11.25 Accelerated version. There may be a few scripts we still need to tweak but we’re doing those as they are brought to our attention.

Can we remove the copyright?

Nope. Sorry but we put a lot of effort into our software and a small copyright notice acknowledging our hard work is all we ask. Don’t worry, it’s small and out of the way.

What happened to the Xtra WHM themes?

All Xtra WHM themes have been discontinued until cPanel Accelerated reaches stable version. Then we will release some nice new themes that are compatible with it.

Can I make my own themes for Xtra?

Not right now, part of the changes made in the upcoming Xtreme Edition of Xtra are to allow for exactly that ability. The old framework was not compatible so we’re redoing the program from the ground up and one of the new features will be the ability make it match your own style and preferences.
